Location: Manchester Salary Guide: £20,000 – £25,000 (Fixed Term Contract through to March 2023) Our client is a leading Engineering Contractor which operates throughout the UK delivering projects within the water sector and they are looking to strengthen their recruitment team with a recruitment administrator. Based from their head office in Manchester, with some home working. You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and the responsibilities will include: Key responsibilities: Sending out interview confirmations and scheduling appointments Answering enquiries via email and telephone Providing administrative supporting on recruitment projects Updating and maintaining the company candidate tracking software Writing effective job adverts, advertising on Company website and distributing applications to Hiring Managers Dealing with references Liaison with recruitment agencies and Hiring Managers to ensure new starter trackers are updated and start dates confirmed Ensuring all documentation for Right to Work is held on file and certifying documents over TEAMS Booking contractors and completing onboarding, including accurate reporting of rates and charges Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Strong experience of Microsoft Office including Excel trackers and using Outlook for scheduling appointments/interviews Strong organisational skills Confident with excellent communication skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Job Information Job Reference: 887113_1668426803 Salary: Salary From: £ Salary To: £ Job Locations: North West Job Types: Permanent Job Skills: Operations
